Lime
Creek Road
Towards its northern
end, this road opens up and here you can see one of the Red Mountains about
twenty miles or so north. We stopped here for these little rounded clouds,
which were transient, and contrast well with the pointed verticals of the
aspens. Mostly we found that whole stands or blocks of aspens had coloured
to the same degree. Here, unusually, some individuals were orange whilst
others were still in their summer foliage. |
