| Provencal autumn Provence in autumn is surprisingly colourful and for me infinitely preferable to the heavy greens of midsummer. Here, up in the hills north of Mont Ventoux, the trees are yellowing nicely, poplars first, whilst the shrubs behind are already bright red. |
