Pink light on Cedar Breaks

Throughout a mostly cloudy afternoon, we'd been encouraged about the prospects for sunset by a persistent clear area of sky on the horizon, and it duly performed for us for all of ten minutes. The late sun on the rocks had a delicate pink tone and I wanted to preserve that delicacy, rather than try to blast out the photograph with saturated colour. This may not have been the way everyone would handle it, but I got what I wanted here.
