This is where it started for me; landscape photographs in colour, inspired by British and American luminaries such as Charlie Waite and Jack Dykinga. Indeed many of these photographs date from my first few years of serious photography. Nowadays I cast my net wider and it’s some time since I went on a trip with the sole objective of making straight colour landscapes. I’ve never been a true nature photographer; many of my “landscapes” show clear signs of the hand of man and in my opinion work all the better for that.
